These figures should be treated as product performance references, not a guarantee that one fan will serve every 3,770 sq. ft. building. Rack layout, ceiling height, machinery, open doors, structural members and the location of occupied work zones can all affect how air reaches the floor.
DIRECT DRIVE
PMSM Direct-Drive Motor for Industrial HVLS Fan Operation
The 42005-BK uses a rare-earth permanent-magnet synchronous external-rotor motor that directly drives the fan blades. The manual describes the direct-drive structure as simple and suitable for long-term maintenance-free use.
Published operating noise is 36 dBA. For facilities where communication, customer areas or focused work take place beneath the fan, the published noise specification provides a more useful comparison point than unsupported terms such as “silent.”
BLADE & SAFETY SYSTEM
5 Aluminum Airfoil Blades with Reinforced Safety Cables
Five high-strength aluminum alloy blades use an aviation-wing-style profile designed for broad airflow at low rotational speeds. The fan assembly also uses safety ropes and tensioning components as part of the installation system.
Because this is a 144-inch rotating system rather than a conventional residential fan, blade clearance, structural support and the complete safety-cable installation must be reviewed before operation.
WALL-MOUNTED CONTROL

This model does not use a hand-held remote. The included wired VFD controller provides a fixed control point for starting, stopping and adjusting fan speed.
