30-Day Risk-Free Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unassembled (unless defective), unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
5-Year Motor Warranty Protection
Every Breezary fan is built to last. We provide a 5-year limited motor warranty. If your fan's motor fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will provide a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated support team at support@breezary.com.
1. Instruction: We will provide you with the correct return warehouse address and specific instructions.
2. Labeling: For quality-related issues, Breezary will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
3. Tracking: Please ensure your return shipment includes a valid tracking number.
Important: Do not send your return to the address on the original shipping box. Our customer service team will provide the designated return center address to ensure your refund is processed promptly.
Damages and Quality Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong model, contact us immediately at support@breezary.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right—whether through a replacement part or a full unit exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
