Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

A-1: 1-3 days, mean in stock, we can ship within 24-72 hours.
A-2: 1-5 weeks, mean out of stock, we need produce, please make sure you can wait when put the order.
We deliver packages via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Please note that shipments to remote areas outside the coverage of these logistics providers may not be deliverable. (This policy applies generally.)

I purchased three downrods; ended up not using them. When I inquired about returning them, the company offered to pay me a portion of the original cost to avoid my having to send them back. I was also past the date for being eligible for returning by quite a bit. In the end, I elected to send the rods back, went to UPS and bought a box and packing for $11, sent them in the original packing that was around each rod. I sent them to a CA address and got my $109 refund. They asked for a PayPal account or my bank account info for the refund. Amy communicated well and I am pleased.

Worked great. Just need to be prepared to splice the wires into the rig so the plugs end is at the ceiling. I soldered them wrapped with shrink tube . I imagine small wire nuts would work too. Thanks!

Needed a downrod for Breezary ceiling fan. Perfect. Easily ordered. Arrived on time. Electricians installed. Everyone pleased. Needed a longer downrod but the available 48" worked. No problem.

I am very happy with my extension rod.

Because I am electrically competent, I got everything to work great. But all the wires are not color-coded, and it is not plug and play. I Had to cut the wires to length and splice them into the existing wire harness, then use the plug from the existing harness to attach to the end, then plugs that into the receiver at the ceiling mount.
