BEFORE INSTALLATION
Downrod & Sloped-Ceiling Installation Checks
The product includes a 5-inch downrod. Current specifications list slope compatibility up to 15° for the 52-inch size and 14° for the 42-inch size. Confirm outlet-box support, downrod clearance and ceiling angle before ordering.
The 24024-T manual requires a minimum of 7 ft (2.1 m) from the trailing edge of the blades to the floor and states that electrical installation should be performed by a qualified licensed electrician.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
