20–24 FT HVLS Industrial Ceiling Fans for Large Facilities
Breezary models 29112-BK, 29113-BK and 29114-BK scale the same six-blade industrial HVLS platform across 20 ft, 22 ft and 24 ft diameters. The series combines a 1.1 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor, aluminum alloy blades and a wired wall-mounted controller for broad, low-speed air circulation in high-ceiling indoor facilities. Published maximum airflow increases by size from approximately 406,000 CFM to 459,000 CFM.
Extra-large HVLS airflow platform shown in a high-ceiling indoor facility. Final fan size should be selected around actual structure, clearance and airflow requirements.
SIZE SELECTION
Compare 20 FT, 22 FT & 24 FT HVLS Industrial Ceiling Fans
Larger diameter does not automatically mean it is the correct choice. Compare the actual mounting zone, structural clearances, airflow target and occupied floor area before selecting a size.
20 FT / 240"
RPM: 15–65
Airflow: approx. 406,000 CFM
Manual coverage: 1,000 m² / approx. 10,764 sq. ft.
Manual fan weight: 99 kg
22 FT / 264"
RPM: 15–60
Airflow: approx. 423,776 CFM
Manual coverage: 1,300 m² / approx. 13,993 sq. ft.
Manual fan weight: 103 kg
24 FT / 288"
RPM: 15–55
Airflow: approx. 459,000 CFM
Manual coverage: 1,500 m² / approx. 16,146 sq. ft.
Manual fan weight: 107 kg
Published coverage is a product reference, not a guarantee for every building. Racks, machinery, doors, roof structure, mounting height and fan placement can materially change airflow distribution.
LARGE-FACILITY APPLICATIONS
Extra-Large HVLS Fans for Warehouses, Factories & Indoor Facilities
The 20–24 ft format is most relevant where the building provides a broad, unobstructed rotating zone and the project needs whole-area circulation rather than a smaller zone-based fan.
HIGH VOLUME • LOW SPEED
Up to 459,000 CFM Published Airflow
The manual lists 11,500, 12,000 and 13,000 m³/min of air volume for the 20 ft, 22 ft and 24 ft models. Those figures correspond to approximately 406,000, 423,776 and 459,000 CFM.
The right model is not automatically the highest-CFM version. A facility with columns, rack aisles, mezzanines or large equipment may require a different fan position, quantity or diameter than an equally sized open building.
PMSM DIRECT DRIVE
1.1 kW PMSM Motor with 6 Aluminum Alloy Blades
All three models in the provided manual use a 1.1 kW permanent magnet motor with six blades. The product page identifies the blade material as aluminum alloy and the motor windings as 100% copper.
Published operating noise is 38 dB(A). Using the documented noise figure is more useful for facility comparisons than unsupported labels such as “silent,” especially in workshops, gyms and commercial spaces where other ambient noise sources are present.
INDUSTRIAL WALL CONTROL
Wired Wall-Mounted Controller with Variable-Frequency Speed Adjustment
The manual documents a permanent-magnet motor controller and FD600 frequency converter with run, stop, accelerate and decelerate functions. Each model operates across a low-RPM range: 15–65 RPM, 15–60 RPM or 15–55 RPM depending on diameter.
NO-LIGHT INDUSTRIAL CONFIGURATION
HVLS Ceiling Fans Without Lights for Existing Facility Lighting
These 20–24 ft models do not include an integrated light. In warehouses, factories and gyms that already use separate high-bay or task lighting, the no-light configuration keeps the air-movement system independent from the building lighting plan.
PROJECT FIT
Is a 20–24 FT HVLS Industrial Fan Right for Your Building?
Use the building and operating zone—not diameter alone—to decide whether this extra-large platform is appropriate.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Installation Planning for 20–24 FT HVLS Industrial Ceiling Fans
This is a professional industrial installation. The manual requires installation and maintenance by professionally trained or experienced personnel with electrician qualifications. Mounting structure, levelness, motor-to-rod alignment, blade hardware, safety ropes and controller wiring all require model-specific checks.
Use the installation drawing in the manual to interpret H/H1/H2/H3/H4/H5 dimensions. Do not substitute these labels with general residential ceiling-fan clearance rules.
INSTALLATION VIDEO
Watch the 20–24 FT HVLS Fan Installation Video
Review the product installation video before beginning work, then use it together with the official 29112/29113/29114 manual. The video is a visual aid and does not replace the model-specific safety, structural or electrical instructions.
Installation media is taken from this product's Breezary product gallery.
COMPARE BY BUILDING NEED
Compare HVLS Fan Sizes & Industrial Applications
If a 20–24 ft fan is too large for the available rotating zone, or if the project is focused on a particular facility type, continue through the matching Breezary HVLS resource instead of forcing one size into every building.
