Returns & Refunds
Most unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition with all parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
- 30-Day Returns: Return requests must be made within 30 days after receiving your order.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact Breezary within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return Shipping: Breezary covers return shipping when the return is caused by our error. For personal-reason returns, applicable return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

- Purchase two AAA batteries for the remote. Remote batteries are not included.
- Confirm the ceiling and outlet box. Follow the supplied mounting instructions and make sure the installation point is suitable for a ceiling fan before installation.
- Do not assume bathroom suitability. Although older page copy mentions bathroom use, the supplied manual does not publish a damp- or wet-location rating.
