Calivra 28-Inch Crystal Chandelier Ceiling Fan With Light
Calivra brings the look of a crystal chandelier and the everyday function of a ceiling fan into one compact fixture. A black iron frame surrounds clear crystal accents, while seven transparent ABS blades sit inside the 28-inch body so the lighting remains the main visual feature. Five E26 bulb sockets let you choose compatible bulbs for the room, and the included remote puts six fan speeds, reverse airflow, Natural Wind mode and timers within easy reach.
Shown in an indoor kitchen setting. Final placement should be based on your ceiling structure, fixture clearance and room layout.
Quick Facts
A Decorative Ceiling Fan With Light for Everyday Indoor Rooms
Calivra works best where the ceiling fixture is expected to contribute to the room's look as well as provide airflow. The 28-inch body keeps the chandelier form compact, making it a practical option for bedrooms, dining rooms, kitchens, living rooms, home offices and dressing areas when the mounting location and clearances are suitable.
Crystal Chandelier Styling With a Black Caged Frame
The Calivra is built around a black iron drum-shaped frame lined with clear crystal accents. The transparent fan blades sit within the fixture rather than extending far beyond it, so the finished look reads more like a chandelier or fandelier than a conventional exposed-blade fan.
Five E26 Sockets for Chandelier-Style Lighting
Instead of an integrated LED panel, Calivra uses five standard E26 bulb sockets. Bulbs are not included, so you can select compatible E26 bulbs that suit the appearance and color temperature you want for the room.
Before choosing bulbs: the current product specification lists a maximum of 10W per bulb. The supplied manual recommends ST64, ST58 or T45 E26 bulbs. The fixture is listed as non-dimmable, so do not plan to operate it from a dimmer switch.
Crystal Ceiling Fan With Light and Remote Control
The included remote controls the fan and light from one place. Choose from six fan speeds, switch between forward and reverse rotation, select Natural Wind mode, turn the light on or off, or set a 1-hour, 2-hour or 4-hour fan timer.
Select the airflow level from the remote.
Change fan direction without a manual switch on the motor housing.
Use the programmed variable-breeze mode when preferred.
Set the fan to turn off after the selected time.
Is the Calivra Right for Your Room?
- You want a chandelier-like statement fixture with built-in airflow.
- You prefer replaceable E26 bulbs instead of an integrated LED panel.
- You want remote control, six fan speeds and reversible airflow.
- Your project is an indoor bedroom, dining room, kitchen, living room or similar space.
- Your ceiling can accommodate a downrod-mounted 28-inch fixture.
- You need a damp-rated or wet-rated outdoor fan.
- You specifically need dimmable lighting or an integrated LED light source.
- You need a true flush-mount or hugger installation with no downrod.
- You plan to operate the fan from a rheostat, variable-speed wall control or dimmer switch.
- Your mounting point cannot meet the structural or floor-clearance requirements in the manual.
Before You Order
A chandelier fan has more visual and vertical presence than a basic light kit, so check the installation point before ordering. Calivra includes both 5-inch and 10-inch downrods and is listed for flat ceilings or slopes up to 12 degrees.
Use a fan-rated outlet box and verify that the support structure is suitable for the fixture.
The supplied manual specifies grounded AC 110-130V / 60Hz power on a 15 Amp circuit.
Maintain at least 7.5 ft from the trailing edge of the blades to the floor.
Do not use a variable-speed wall controller or dimmer switch with this fan.
Installation note: the supplied manual states that electrical installation should be performed in accordance with applicable codes by a qualified licensed electrician. Use the manual as the primary installation reference.
