Returns & Refunds

Most unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition with all parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging included.

• 30-Day Returns: Return requests must be made within 30 days after receiving your order.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact Breezary within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Return Shipping: Breezary covers return shipping when the return is caused by our error. For personal-reason returns, applicable return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
