Returns & Refunds
Most unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition with all parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
- 30-Day Returns: Return requests must be made within 30 days after receiving your order.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact Breezary within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return Shipping: Breezary covers return shipping when the return is caused by our error. For personal-reason returns, applicable return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

The remote requires two AAA 1.5V batteries, which are not included.

Forward operation provides downward airflow for a direct cooling breeze. Reverse operation changes fan rotation to move air upward and help redistribute room air during cooler seasons.
Light Memory
The supplied manual states that after a selected light color remains on for approximately 10 seconds, Rivon stores that color temperature and returns to it the next time the light is switched on.

- Confirm a flat-ceiling installation. The supplied manual documents the current flush-mount ceiling-bracket configuration and does not document a downrod or sloped-ceiling system.
- Check the lighting functions you need. Rivon provides selectable color temperatures and light memory, but current documentation does not confirm brightness dimming.
- Prepare two AAA batteries. The remote requires two AAA 1.5V batteries, which are not included.
- Do not use a rheostat-style variable wall control. Follow the supplied remote-control and wiring instructions for fan operation.
