xLarge Ceiling Fan With Light and Remote
Available in 60-inch and 72-inch sizes, this eight-blade fan combines a matte-black body, dual-finish black and walnut blade surfaces, an integrated LED light and a reversible DC motor. The wide profile works especially well when a larger room needs one fixture for both airflow and everyday lighting.
Six fan speeds, three light-color settings, dimming, forward and reverse rotation and timer functions are available from the supplied remote. The fan can also connect to the Smart Life app over a compatible 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

Both sizes share the same general design and control layout, but the blade sweep changes how the fan fits the ceiling. Measure the usable ceiling area, nearby walls, beams, lighting and furniture before choosing.

The 60-inch version is the more compact option when you want the eight-blade appearance without moving up to the full 72-inch sweep.

Choose the 72-inch version when the room and ceiling layout can comfortably accommodate the wider blade sweep and you want a stronger visual presence overhead.
8 Blade Ceiling Fan With Light and Remote
Eight long blades create a broad, balanced profile around the compact matte-black motor housing. Current product media shows a dual-finish design with a black side and a walnut wood-grain side, allowing the fan to work with darker interiors as well as rooms that use warmer wood tones.
The walnut appearance describes the blade finish shown for this model; it should not be interpreted as a solid-wood material claim.
Dimmable 3CCT LED Lighting
The integrated LED can be brightened or dimmed from the remote. Three selectable light colors make it easier to change the room from a warmer evening setting to a clearer neutral or cooler light when needed.
DC Ceiling Fan With Light and Remote
The reversible DC motor provides six selectable speeds. The supplied handheld remote keeps the main fan and light functions together, including direction changes and timed shutoff.
The remote uses two AAA 1.5V batteries. Batteries are not included according to the supplied manuals.
Smart Ceiling Fan With Light and Remote
Both the 60-inch and 72-inch manuals include Tuya Wi-Fi fan setup instructions for the Smart Life app. After pairing, compatible fan and light functions can be accessed from a phone as well as from the supplied handheld remote.
The setup uses a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The manuals also provide instructions for linking Smart Life to Amazon Alexa through the Smart Life skill for supported voice-control functions.

Large Modern Ceiling Fan With Light
The black housing, slim integrated light and long eight-blade layout give the fan a clean modern appearance. The walnut-facing blade finish can add a warmer contrast when the room includes timber furniture, neutral fabrics or other wood tones.
For living rooms, great rooms, bedrooms, dining areas and other larger interiors, place the fan where the full blade sweep has clear space around it. A larger diameter should be chosen from the actual room and ceiling layout rather than from floor area alone.

Check Ceiling Height Before You Order
The 60-inch and 72-inch manuals use the same two supplied downrod lengths. Check the final installed height, not just the blade diameter, before selecting a size.
The manuals call for a properly supported fan-rated outlet box and qualified electrical installation. Turn off power before installation, confirm the ceiling structure can support the fan and maintain at least 7 feet between the blade edge and the floor.
The current product listing includes indoor and covered outdoor use. The supplied manuals do not state a damp- or wet-location rating, so do not install the fan where it will be directly exposed to rain or water.

What is the difference between the 60-inch and 72-inch versions?
The main difference is blade span. The 40047-BK has a 60-inch diameter, while the 40049-BK has a 72-inch diameter. Both manuals show eight blades, 6-inch and 12-inch downrods, integrated lighting, six-speed reversible operation, remote control and Smart Life connectivity.
What downrods are included?
Both the 60-inch and 72-inch manuals show a 6-inch downrod and a 12-inch downrod supplied with the fan.
What is the installed height of the fan?
The model-specific dimension references show an overall height of approximately 15.35 inches with the shorter downrod and approximately 21.35 inches with the longer downrod for both sizes.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
