Most unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition with all parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging included.

- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact Breezary within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return Shipping: Breezary covers return shipping when the return is caused by our error. For personal-reason returns, applicable return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

- Verify the current installed height. Current product materials disagree on the exact complete height, so check the latest unit documentation before installation.
- Maintain required floor clearance. The supplied manual requires a minimum of 7.5 feet from the trailing edge of the fan blades to the floor.
- Use a fan-support outlet box. The manual specifies an outlet box marked acceptable for fan support of 35 lb (15.9 kg) or less.
- Prepare two AAA batteries. Remote-control batteries are not included.
- Do not assume voice-assistant compatibility. APP control is documented; Alexa and Google Assistant support are not documented for this SKU.
- Do not rely on one disputed cool-white Kelvin value. Current materials conflict between 6000K and 6500K for the coolest white-light setting.
- Follow the current electrical instructions. The manual warns against using the fan with a solid-state fan speed-control device or variable rheostat wall control.
